Malin Åkerman

Malin Åkerman is a Canadian-Swede...good looking Malin Akerman speaks Swedish, French, English, and Italian, and is closely connected to her birthplace. "Most of my family is there. I go back as often as I can. When I was growing up, it was my vacation home--summers and Christmases." Malin dances at her birthday bash with close friend Vanessa Minnillo at the Prive Las Vegas inside Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. Malin Akerman is a free spirit. "I was studying psychology, but as I was doing that the acting started to take off. I was getting guest-star roles and really enjoying it," she says. "It was kind of like psychology, a little more selfish, but for that time it was good fun. When you are young like that you cannot fathom doing seven years of school. I just seized the opportunity."
